10 health reasons for drinking tea

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 bags black tea
  • 3 tbsp Truv’a® sweetener (or 10 packets of Truv’a® sweetener)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  1. Bring water to a boil. Remove water from heat and add tea bags.
  2. Let steep for 5 minutes. Discard tea bags.
  3. Stir in Truv’a® sweetener and lemon juice. Refrigerate until chilled.
  4. Serve over ice, if desired.
