Cafe D'Amour Cocktail Recipe

Drink Recipe Ingredients :

1 1/4 oz cognac
5 ozhot black coffee
1/2 lemon
1 cinnamon stick
sugar

Mixing Instructions :

<DIV class="RecipeDirections instructions">Rim a coffee cup with lemon juice and sugar. Simmer coffee, zest of half a lemon, cinnamon stick and sugar (to taste) in a small saucepan. Heat and ignite cognac in a soup ladle, add to coffee, and extinguish. Strain into the cup, and serve.</DIV>
