Coffee Royale Cocktail Recipe

Drink Recipe Ingredients :

4 ozhot coffee
1 tsp granulated sugar
2 oz brandy
2 oz heavy cream

Mixing Instructions :

<DIV class="RecipeDirections instructions">Pour the coffee into an Irish coffee cup or glass. Add the sugar, and stir to dissolve. Add the brandy, stir again. Pour the cream over the back of a teaspoon over the top of the drink so that it floats, and serve.</DIV>
